316 stainless steel is a stainless steel quality obtained by adding molybdenum and more nickel into 304 quality stainless steel. Thanks to this content, the corrosion resistance of 316 grade stainless steels is very good even in harsh conditions (seawater, acidic liquids, etc.). Moreover, the ultimate strength of 316 grade stainless steel is much higher than that of 304 grade stainless steel. 316 quality stainless steel materials in our company are available in various thicknesses in rod, hexagonal, lama and square shapes and in the following material list. 316 grade stainless steel is also called stainless steel 1.4401 grade.
Grading Quality Characteristics
Usage areas 316 quality stainless steel material due to the high quality of the wide range of uses. For example, it is recommended to use stainless steel materials in tanks and storage tanks of corrosive liquids, chemical and petrochemical industry, steam boilers, paint industry, food plants and mining in grades 316 (1.4401).

Summary of Quality Characteristics
316 stainless is numbered as 1.4401 quality stainless according to EN standard.
316 grade stainless is also called X5CrNiMo17-12-2 according to EN standard.
316 and 316L stainless steel quality stainless steel 304 quality stainless with the most widely used stainless steel grades.
This quality is of the stainless steel grade.
These stainless steel grade materials can be well formed and welded well.
Stainless steel of this quality does not attract magnets and has a high corrosion resistance.
Corrosion resistance of 316 grade stainless steel is better than 304 grade stainless steel.
