310 quality stainless steel is one of the most durable materials between stainless steel and heat and high temperature. Thanks to the high chromium (Cr) and Nickel (Ni) alloys in the material, this stainless steel quality has a very good corrosion resistance even at high temperatures. 310 stainless is able to withstand even temperatures up to 1100C in continuous use. Three different versions of 310 grade stainless steel are available. These are 310, 310S and 310H grades. The main difference between these three versions is the amount of carbon they contain. These three versions of 310 quality can be summarized as follows.
Grading Quality Characteristics
Explanation
Usage areas This stainless steel grade is widely used in the chemical industry, in the machine industry. In addition, glass and glass manufacturing industry is used in various apparatus and tools. 310 stainless steel is frequently used in quarries, mines, furnaces and boilers with high temperatures. Another area where 310 stainless steel is used is the aluminum and bronze molds. In short, 310 (1.4845) stainless steel can be used almost anywhere where high temperature is required and good corrosion resistance is required.
We can summarize the resistance of 310 stainless steel to continuous use in different environments. In the oxygenation atmosphere: ~ 1100 ° C - Sulfurous Oxidation: ~ 1000 ° C -Surification Reduction: ~ 1000 ° C - Reduction of sulfur: ~ 750 ° C Note: Under no circumstances should the product exceed 310 ° C. 1100 ° C is the last limit of this material and, if possible, it is recommended that the material is run at the final limit. The resistance of the material to the temperature can vary depending on the environment in which it is made and on the surface of the material.

Summary of Quality Characteristics
It is numbered 1.4845 quality stainless according to 310 stainless EN standard.
310 grade stainless is also called X8CrNi25-21 according to EN standard.
This stainless steel quality is the most common stainless steel quality used at high temperatures.
The 310 grade material in our company has an average carbon content of 0.060% C and has the amount of carbon to contain in all three of the 310, 310S and 310H materials.
Production of Ugitech factory in our company 1.4845 (310) quality materials, has a good corrosion resistance even at temperatures of 1100 ° C.
Stainless steel of this quality does not attract magnets and has a very good corrosion resistance.
